It’s alright, it’s just Terius Nash still being amazing. If you’ve ever got to that stage of a relationship where you feel a little bit like it’s falling apart and neither you or your partner are actually ‘in’ the realtionship anymore, this song is your song, and will probably tell you everything you need to know about how you’re feeling right in that moment. But it will do it with awesome stalking basslines and flamenco inflected acoustic guitar, all married to synth flourishes. And the video backdrop to this moment in your life? Well it should obviously be a black and white/sepia tinged montage of your relationship falling apart. Definitely. Key lyric: ‘But tell me ho I’m supposed to hold you/do you want to fix it or dismiss it baby just let me know/how I’m supposed to love you’. That right there, my friends, is how lyrics should be written.
